POLYFILM
Polygon Film Creation Progam
(c)1993 Martin Brownlow
This program is shareware. This means that you can
freely distribute this program, provided that all the original
files (listed below) are kept intact and on the same disk as the
rest of the program.
This version of Polyfilm has some options disabled, most
noticably the save object option in the editor and the "make CFF"
option in the player. In order to gain access to all the features
of Polyfilm, you need to register your copy with me. Registration
costs £15, and should be sent to the address below.
In return for registering, you will not only receive the
full version of Polyfilm and all relevant documentation in a
printed manual, but also the commented code for the renderer
(ie drawing a 3D object), a full description of all the save file
formats (ie *.3D, *.PRF, *.PAL) and an includable version of the
CFF player source code. Also included in the package will be
several example MCL programs, CFF films and 3D objects. The whole
registration package takes up two double sided double density disks.
In addition to the package described above, you will also receive
a free updated version when it becomes available.
Updates planned include:
Left-associative expressions
Animation
Scaled Bitmaps includable in polygon images
Background, foreground and middle-ground
importation of PI1 files
Improved CFF file format
Suitable extentions to the MCL language
Send registration fees of £15 to:
